At Dylan Green & Associates, we understand that legal matters can be complex and time-sensitive. Our consultation service provides you with direct access to experienced solicitors who will assess your situation, explain your options, and guide you toward the best legal course of action.

Payment: In advance

Purpose: This service is suitable where focused legal advice requires review of documentation.
It includes:

• Review of relevant documents
• Considered legal assessment based on those materials
• Advice on risks, strengths, weaknesses, and next steps
• A determination as to whether the firm can act further

Document Scope

• Includes review of up to 30 pages of documents
• Clients must identify the documents they consider most relevant
• Documents exceeding this limit will not be reviewed unless an additional fee is agreed in advance
• Receipt of documents does not oblige the firm to review them

Consultation Terms (Apply to All Services)

• All consultations must be paid in advance
• Consultations are time‑limited and scope‑limited
• No commitment is given to act following a consultation
• Fees are for professional advice only and are non‑refundable
• The firm does not engage in extended debate, repetitive questioning, or cross‑examination during consultations
• Follow‑up advice, correspondence, or representation requires a separate written engagement

Please note:
Documents will not be reviewed unless the appropriate consultation has been booked and paid for
Sending documents alone does not create a solicitor‑client relationship
Emails or materials sent outside the agreed scope may not be reviewed or responded to

Consultation Fees

Our Extended Legal Consultation service is available at a fixed fee, subject to VAT at 23%. The consultation fee will be deducted from your total legal costs should you proceed with our services.
